EVERYDAYTREASURESHOP RETURNS POLICY

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided items are in resaleable condition.
1.2 All refunds will be processed within 10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

2. EXCLUSIONS
2.1 The following items are non-returnable:
   - Personalised/customised items (after 24 hours from purchase)
   - Earrings (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
   - Items showing signs of wear or damage from not caring for product 

3. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
3.1 All returned items must be:
   - Unused
   - In original condition as received
   - Include all original packaging
   - Include any free items received as part of promotional offers 

4. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
4.1 Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
4.2 For international returns:
   - Mark parcels as "returned goods"
   - International customs taxes and sales charges are non-refundable 

5. PROCESS AND LIABILITY
5.1 Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
5.2 Customer retains responsibility for items until received by EVERYDAYTREASURESHOP.
5.3 Items deemed unsaleable will be rejected, and the customer will be notified via email.

6. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
6.1 Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
6.2 Natural tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact, perfumes, heat exposure, or general wear is not considered a fault.

This policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding returns between EVERYDAYTREASURESHOP and the customer. By making a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
